Event Specialist

You will be joining Pinnacle Connect LLP, a dynamic media house specializing in Publishing, Digital Media, Events, and Representations. As a Special Event Specialist, you will take on a full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram, with the opportunity for remote work. Your responsibilities will include meticulously planning and executing events, collaborating with clients, ensuring top-notch customer service, and implementing effective sales strategies. Communication with various stakeholders will be a key aspect of this role to guarantee the seamless execution of events. To excel in this role, you should possess expertise in Event Planning and Event Management, along with a knack for providing exceptional Customer Service. Strong Communication skills are essential, and any Sales experience you bring will be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is required. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team is crucial. Prior experience in working with luxury brands or high-end clients will be considered a valuable asset.,
