Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Actively generate leads and convert them into sales for hotel rooms, banquets, restaurant bookings, catering orders, and event packages. Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporate clients, event planners, wedding coordinators, institutions, and local businesses. Conduct field visits to meet clients, attend networking events, and promote hotel and banquet services. Collaborate with local vendors, event planners, decorators, and other partners for tie-ups and mutual promotions. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of events and bookings. Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular reports to management. Identify and pursue new market segments and opportunities. Maintain updated database of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions. Requirements: Proven sales experience in hospitality, catering, or event management preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong local market knowledge in and around Burdwan. Highly motivated, target-driven, and a go-getter attitude. Two-wheeler is mandatory for field visits (travel allowance provided). Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when required.
