Event Sales Executive

As an Event Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and managing events and sales activities, collaborating with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations. Your primary duties will include event coordination and sales coordination. In event coordination, you will be tasked with planning event details such as seating arrangements, dining options, and guest coordination. You will also be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with vendors and venues, managing events effectively, and addressing any potential issues that may arise. Additionally, you will need to anticipate and plan for possible scenarios that could impact the success of the event. As part of sales coordination, you will support the sales team in achieving their targets by coordinating schedules, following up on leads, and organizing meetings. You will also be required to prepare reports, handle customer inquiries, maintain client databases, set sales targets and quotas, devise training programs, and ensure the availability of tools for delivering sales presentations. To excel in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, stay updated on current market regulations and trends, exhibit exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, demonstrate excellent customer service skills, and communicate effectively. Your organizational skills, ability to multitask efficiently, and keen attention to detail will be crucial for success.
