As an Event Production & Operations Executive in the Wedding & Corporate Events industry, your role will involve end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of various events. You are expected to demonstrate a strong sense of logistics and creativity, along with the ability to supervise on-site activities effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Take complete ownership of event planning and field operations, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. - Conduct thorough site visits, surveys, and pre-event inspections to guarantee preparedness. - Coordinate with vendors, decorators, caterers, technical teams, and other service providers to align everyone with the event requirements. - Develop detailed event production timelines and checklists to streamline the planning process. - Oversee on-site setup, execution, and post-event wrap-up, ensuring all aspects are handled efficiently. - Manage the arrangement of materials, manpower, and logistics as per the predefined plan. - Collaborate closely with creative and client servicing teams to deliver flawless events that meet client expectations. - Monitor quality control, cost control, and adherence to safety standards at event sites to ensure a successful outcome. - Serve as the primary point of contact at the event venue, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues promptly. - Troubleshoot any last-minute challenges during the event to maintain a seamless execution. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - A minimum of 3 years of experience in event production and operations roles. - Proficient in event logistics, vendor management, and on-site handling to ensure effective event execution. - Strong leadership and people management skills to coordinate crew members and suppliers efficiently. - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to juggle multiple tasks effectively. - Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients on-site. - Proficiency in basic computer tools such as MS Office, Excel, and event planning applications. - Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and travel to event locations as required.
