Event Production Manager

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Agenda Development

    • Research and design innovative and relevant event agendas aligned with industry trends and audience interests.
    • Identify and curate themes, sub-topics, and sessions that resonate with industry professionals.
    • Ensure agendas are well-structured, impactful, and engaging for participants.
  • Speaker Acquisition

    • Identify, approach, and secure high-level industry leaders, experts, and innovators as speakers.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with thought leaders, academics, and corporate executives.
    • Manage speaker communications, confirmations, and logistics.
  • Partnership Development

    • Build and manage relationships with

      media partners, associations, and event partners

      to enhance visibility and reach.
    • Negotiate collaboration agreements that add value to the event and stakeholders.
  • Content Development & Marketing Support

    • Create compelling event content for marketing campaigns, websites, and promotional materials.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to craft impactful messaging, event themes, and promotional strategies.
    • Ensure all content aligns with event objectives and branding guidelines.
  • Event Strategy & Research

    • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor events, and audience needs.
    • Incorporate findings into event strategy, ensuring events remain competitive and highly relevant.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration

    • Work with sales, operations, and marketing teams to align on agenda timelines, speaker confirmations, and promotional activities.
    • Provide production support during live events, ensuring smooth execution.
