Event Production Executive

As an Event Production Executive at Wrap2Earn Technologies Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the end-to-end production process of various events and ensuring high-quality execution of on-ground event elements. With 23 years of hands-on experience in event production and fabrication management, you will bring a proactive and detail-oriented approach to the dynamic events team. Your key responsibilities will include managing event production and fabrication processes, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors for timely delivery of event materials, supervising on-site installation and dismantling of event structures, and evaluating and recommending appropriate fabrication materials. You will maintain a detailed database of vendors and production partners, ensure activities are completed within budget and timeline, troubleshoot on-site issues, and contribute to post-event analysis for future improvements. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of fabrication, materials, and on-ground production, along with good knowledge of materials like wood, metal, acrylic, foam board, vinyl, and textiles. Your organizational and coordination skills will be essential in managing timelines, multitasking, handling pressure effectively, and maintaining vendor databases. Experience in evaluating vendor performance post-event will also be beneficial. This full-time position in the Carnival Operations department is based in Mumbai with working hours from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. The role offers health insurance, Provident Fund, and a day shift schedule.
