Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and organized Event Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing corporate and social events from start to finish. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute company events, meetings, product launches, and social gatherings.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, caterers, and decorators.
• Prepare event budgets, proposals, and timelines.
• Handle event logistics, including booking, scheduling, and transportation.
• Manage invitations, registrations, and guest lists.
• Supervise setup, on-site coordination, and post-event wrap-up.
• Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and clients.
• Maintain event documentation and feedback reports.

Education & Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in event planning or coordination.

Skills Required:

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple events.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, or event planning tools.
• Team collaboration and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media promotion and content creation is a plus.

Preferred Skills (Add-on):

• Video editing or poster design (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
• Event marketing and promotional campaign planning.
• Photography or content creation during events.

Salary Range:

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on skills & experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹28,339.95 per month
