Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Planner located in Raipur. The Event Planner will be responsible for strategizing, coordinating, and executing various events. Key responsibilities include planning and managing event logistics, adhering to budgets, collaborating with clients, liaising with vendors, and ensuring seamless execution of events. The role also involves maintaining client relationships and contributing to sales efforts where necessary.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Event Planning and Event Management
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Budgeting and resource allocation
• Experience or knowledge in Sales and client engagement
• Highly organized with the ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple priorities
• Proficiency in event management software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
