Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Production Specialist at Our Vision Events, based in Pune. The responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and managing events from inception to completion. The specialist will oversee event production processes, coordinate with different teams and vendors, manage budgets, and ensure that every event meets or exceeds client expectations while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong collaboration and communication with clients, vendors, and team members are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Event Planning, Event Production, and Event Management
• Strong Communication capabilities to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Proficiency in Budgeting to manage financial resources and ensure cost-effective solutions
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in corporate event management or similar roles is an advantage
