Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting software, data entry, and financial record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting records and vouchers
• Handle accounts payable and receivable entries
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements
• Assist in GST, TDS, and monthly return filings
• Manage petty cash and expense reports
• Support in finalization of accounts
• Coordinate with auditors and vendors for documentation
• Maintain accurate financial data and reports

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Tally / Excel / MS Office
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / MBA (Finance)
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance

Salary Range:

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
