Job Description

Accounts Executive / Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting entries in
Tally ERP
(Sales, Purchase, Payments, Receipts, Journal Vouchers, etc.)
Maintain
books of accounts
, ledgers, and supporting documentation.
Prepare and reconcile
bank statements, GST, and TDS returns
.
Assist in
vendor and customer account reconciliation
.
Support in
monthly closing, financial reporting, and audit preparation
.
Coordinate with internal departments and auditors for data and compliance.
Maintain proper documentation and filing for statutory purposes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate / Post-Graduate
in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com / equivalent).
Minimum
13 years of experience
in accounting.
Proficiency in
Tally ERP (Tally Prime preferred)
.
Good knowledge of
GST, TDS, and basic Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc.)
.
Understanding of
basic accounting principles and financial statements
.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred:

Experience in a
manufacturing or trading firm
.
Familiarity with
bank reconciliation, inventory entries, and MIS reports
.
