Event Planner

About the role:

The purpose of this role is to assist with ongoing event projects and learn event planning techniques from a beginner level. Your responsibilities will include providing outstanding customer service and organizing memorable events that meet quality expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Event planning, design and production within time limits
• Working with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction
• Communicate with vendors such as decor, catering, entertainment, etc.
• Attend site visits with clients
• Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems
• Conduct pre and post event evaluation and report on the outcomes
• Create and complete event designs
• Coordinate with internal staff to establish the requirements for an event
• Build and maintain a comprehensive database of industry contacts
• Assist with the growth of the company

Candidate requirements:

• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficient with MS Office, Canva, Google Docs
• Ability to work flexible hours

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
