About the role: The purpose of this role is to assist with ongoing event projects and learn event planning techniques from a beginner level. Your responsibilities will include providing outstanding customer service and organizing memorable events that meet quality expectations. Responsibilities: Event planning, design and production within time limits Working with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction Communicate with vendors such as decor, catering, entertainment, etc. Attend site visits with clients Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems Conduct pre and post event evaluation and report on the outcomes Create and complete event designs Coordinate with internal staff to establish the requirements for an event Build and maintain a comprehensive database of industry contacts Assist with the growth of the company Candidate requirements: Excellent time management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects Proficient with MS Office, Canva, Google Docs Ability to work flexible hours Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Education: Diploma (Preferred) Experience: Event planning: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
