Event Organizer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Event Organizer to plan, manage, and execute events that align with our company’s objectives. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, vendor management experience, and the ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and deliver successful events (corporate, promotional, cultural, or community-based).
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, suppliers, and sponsors.
• Manage event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Handle logistics including venue booking, equipment, catering, and guest management.
• Promote events through various marketing and communication channels.
• Supervise event set-up, execution, and breakdown.
• Ensure all legal, health, and safety regulations are followed.
• Provide post-event reports, feedback, and analysis to measure success.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Graduate in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in event planning/management (Freshers with strong organizational skills may apply).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
