Position: Event Operations Executive (Recruitment)

Full-time, work from office 

(Saturday work from home) 

Location: Bandra West, Mumbai

Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience

Role Description

The Event Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of events, ensuring efficient management of resources, and delivering high-quality customer service.


What does staffing a requirement involve:

A client usually gives a brief of the number of staff and supervisors required for an event. These ranges from teams of 10 to 400. 

The operations team puts out the requirements, screens the applicants by calling them, checking their language proficiency and vocabulary and briefing them. 

A team is shortlisted and profiles are shared with the client. 

Selected candidates are informed.

If any accreditation/ compliance is needed the Aadhar and photograph has to be collected and filled on behalf of the staff. 

If any specific dress code is required for the staff, it needs to be approved by the client and procured. 

Meals for the staff on show day needs to be organised with the caterer. 

On show day, attendance and checking grooming briefing is a must 

If there are any blackouts, replacements have to be called from the backup staff.  

Supervising staff and ensuring Cadre work ethos is maintained. 


Qualifications

  • This role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Experience in Coordination and Community Building
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field is a plus
  • Prior experience in event operations or management is highly desirable
