Event Operations Executive

Role Overview: As an Event Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in the successful execution, coordination, and evaluation of events. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be essential for ensuring seamless integration of all logistical and operational elements. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the execution of events, ensuring adherence to timelines and action plans. - Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure necessary services and resources. - Oversee the setup, operation, and teardown of events while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. - Handle logistics for event materials, equipment, and supplies, including transportation, accommodation, and catering services. - Act as the primary point of contact for on-site operations, supervising staff, addressing issues or emergencies, and adjusting plans as needed. - Maintain communication with event vendors and stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met and manage vendor relationships effectively. - Assist in collecting and analyzing event feedback and metrics, participating in post-event debriefs, and preparing reports for senior management. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination, operations, or a similar role. - Skills: - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in event management software and MS Office Suite. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
