We specialize in organizing kitty parties, RWA/society events, lifestyle gatherings, and brand activations, giving brands direct access to real audiences while creating memorable experiences.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Event Marketing Executive to manage on-ground events, sponsorships, and community engagements. This role requires a dynamic individual who can handle client relationships, coordinate with vendors, build partnerships, and deliver seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Planning & Execution: Organize kitty parties, RWA/society-level events, brand activations, and micro-events.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Coordinate with venues, restaurants, vendors, and sponsors to ensure smooth operations.
• Business Development: Identify sponsorship opportunities and collaborate with brands for event partnerships.
• Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with RWAs, influencers, and societies to increase event reach.
• Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with social media and influencer teams to amplify event campaigns online.
• On-ground Management: Supervise event logistics, setup, guest management, and resolve real-time issues.
• Reporting: Prepare post-event reports including ROI analysis, sponsor deliverables, and audience engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Events, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in event marketing, activations, or brand partnerships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (English & Hindi).
• Excellent vendor management and client servicing skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as per event requirements.
