We are currently seeking an experienced Event Planner to join our team on a freelance/contract basis for a duration of 23 months. This position will be based in Gurugram, where you will play a crucial role in managing and executing our upcoming events. As the Event Planner, your responsibilities will include planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events from start to finish. This will involve managing vendors, venues, logistics, and budgets, as well as collaborating with internal teams on branding, creatives, and promotions. Your attention to detail will be essential to ensure seamless on-ground execution and accurate post-event reporting. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-6 years of experience in event planning/management, with a strong preference for prior experience working with international clients. You should possess a robust vendor network, excellent negotiation skills, and exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
