Event Manager / Client Servicing Executive – Branch Head (Diphu, Assam)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and people-focused Event Manager / Client Servicing Executive to lead our branch in Diphu, Assam. This is a leadership role ideal for someone who can independently manage events from start to finish, build and maintain client relationships, and drive operational excellence across the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

Branch Leadership & Operations

• Act as the face of the company in Diphu, overseeing all event-related and administrative operations
• Build and lead a local team of vendors, freelancers, and on-ground staff
• Ensure seamless execution of weddings, private parties, and corporate events in and around the region

Client Servicing

• Be the single point of contact for clients from enquiry to execution
• Understand client requirements and translate them into detailed briefs for the design and production teams
• Maintain strong, long-term client relationships with a service-first approach

Event Planning & Execution

• Oversee all aspects of event planning including logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, timelines, and on-ground management
• Ensure event quality and client expectations are met with creativity and precision

Business Development & Local Networking

• Build connections with local venues, suppliers, and influencers to grow business organically
• Represent the brand at local trade shows, exhibitions, and relevant social circles

Reporting & Coordination

• Work closely with the central operations and creative team for approvals, budget alignment, and branding consistency
• Maintain regular reporting of event status, feedback, and branch-level updates

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in event management and/or client servicing
• Experience handling end-to-end events (weddings, corporate, or social events preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English and Assamese preferred
• Willingness to be based in Diphu, Assam and travel locally as needed
