Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Event Management Specialist to plan, coordinate, and execute corporate and promotional events. The ideal candidate will manage events end-to-end, ensuring seamless execution, strong vendor coordination, and an excellent attendee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, conferences, product launches, and promotional activities
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, designers, and other stakeholders
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics
• Oversee on-ground event execution and handle last-minute challenges efficiently
• Coordinate with internal teams for branding, marketing, and communication requirements
• Ensure events align with brand guidelines and business objectives
• Prepare post-event reports and performance analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in event planning and execution
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple events and work under tight deadlines
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling corporate or large-scale events
• Knowledge of vendor management and budgeting
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills
