Role Description

This is an on-site role based in Chennai for an Event Management Officer. The primary responsibilities include planning and coordinating various events, managing event logistics, communicating with stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction, and handling budgets effectively. The role involves working closely with different teams and external vendors to ensure events are executed successfully while meeting organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management to design, coordinate, and execute successful events
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and clients
  • Experience with Budgeting and financial forecasting to manage resources and expenses efficiently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Relevant experience in event coordination or a similar role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field
