This is a volunteer role for an Event Management Officer. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing events for the Youth United Council of India. Key responsibilities include managing event logistics, liaising with vendors, overseeing budgets, and ensuring successful event outcomes. The role requires collaboration with team members and stakeholders to plan impactful events. This is a hybrid role based in Chennai, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Event Planning and Event Management
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and participants
• Experience in Budgeting for event-related expenses and financial management
• Problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills to manage multiple aspects of events simultaneously
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A strong commitment to the mission of the Youth United Council of India
• Age Group 18 to 25 only
