As an Event Management Officer for the Youth United Council of India, your role will involve planning, coordinating, and executing events. You will be responsible for managing event logistics, liaising with vendors, overseeing budgets, and ensuring successful event outcomes. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is essential to plan impactful events effectively. This hybrid role based in Chennai offers a mix of in-office and remote work opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and execute events for the Youth United Council of India - Manage event logistics and liaise with vendors - Oversee budgets and ensure financial management for event-related expenses - Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to plan impactful events - Work independently and as part of a team to manage multiple aspects of events simultaneously Qualifications: - Proven skills in Event Planning and Event Management - Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities - Experience in Budgeting for event-related expenses and financial management - Problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills - Strong commitment to the mission of the Youth United Council of India - Age Group 18 to 25 only Please note that this is an unpaid volunteer role.
