Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a member of the Event Management Team at Youth United Council of India. The role is based in Chennai, but some work from home is acceptable. The team member will be responsible for planning and coordinating various events, managing logistics, liaising with vendors and participants, overseeing event setup and breakdown, and handling event budgets. Additionally, the role involves ensuring effective communication and promotion of events through multiple channels. Qualifications \n Event Planning, Logistics Management, and Vendor Coordination skills Budget Management and Financial Planning skills Strong Communication and Public Relations skills Marketing and Promotion skills, including digital platforms Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Previous experience in event management or related fields is beneficial Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
