Job Title : Event Management -Intern Location : Jasola Delhi Duration : 3 months About the Role We are looking for a passionate and organized Event Management Intern to join our team and assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about event planning, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to learn the behind-the-scenes of event execution. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and organizing events (corporate, marketing, or promotional). Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams. Help prepare event materials such as invitations, signage, kits, and presentations. Maintain event documentation, budgets, and checklists. Support during event setup, execution, and post-event wrap-up. Conduct market research and competitor analysis for event trends. Prepare reports and feedback post-event. Qualifications & Skills Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Canva knowledge is a plus.
