Open Position - Associate consultant- ESG This position offers a unique opportunity to work as an execution- and knowledge-contributing consultant, collaborating closely with both the internal team and external subject matter experts. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting and delivering sustainability, climate, and carbon-related assignments for Vision360’s clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and committed individual who can join us on an immediate basis and contribute effectively. Interested Candidates can share the resumes at hr@vision360.co.in Location: Delhi About the Role The Associate Consultant - ESG will work in the area of: ESG/Sustainability Reporting (Based on frameworks such as GRI / IR / CDP / BRSR / SASB / DJSI / UNGC etc.) ESG, SDG Consulting initiatives of Vision360 (for its client base) Understanding CDP & Eco Vadis rating. Also contribute to ESG research and special projects etc. (Such as Creating Sustainability Framework, Sustainability/ESG Roadmap etc.). Do research on select ESG topics which are priorities for the Firm Carbon Related Projects (Such as Carbon Management Plan, Carbon Neutrality, Sequestration etc.) GHG Emission calculations (SCOPE 1,2,3 as per International Protocols, for Sustainability reporting & many sustainability initiatives) Evaluating the environmental impact a business has through research, such as determining their carbon footprint, energy use, water use, waste production and air quality. Good understanding of Life cycle assessment & product carbon footprint, Climate-related risk assessment. Responsibilities Exposure to the above work areas shall be desirable and preferred. Excellent research, analytical, written and core communications abilities, the strongest of which is writing. Strong commitment to timely delivery of projects. Detail-oriented, conscientious and energetic professional with ability to think creatively. Can-do attitude, willingness to take on any task, big or small. Outstanding Excel and PowerPoint skills. Qualifications Master's Degree/ Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Electrical Eng., Mechanical Eng.; strong academic credentials. 1 year of experience, sustainability and ESG is mandatory. Experience with knowledge management. Ability to interface successfully and collaboratively with numerous internal stakeholders. Experience of working with senior management will be considered as an advantage. Required Skills Excellent research, analytical, written and core communications abilities.
