Position: Event Head cum Admission Counselor

Type: Full-Time | Female Candidates Preferred

Key Responsibilities: Event Management (Event Head):

• Lead, plan, organize, and execute all school events and public-facing activities (annual functions, exhibitions, competitions, celebrations, etc.)
• Strategically develop and manage the annual event calendar aligned with academic schedules
• Supervise event logistics, delegate responsibilities, and ensure timely execution
• Collaborate with academic coordinators, admin, and leadership to ensure cross-functional coordination
• Ensure high-quality documentation, branding, and promotional coverage of events

Admission Counseling:

• Be the first point of contact for prospective parents and students
• Provide comprehensive information about the school’s programs, facilities, and educational approach
• Conduct engaging campus tours and respond to queries promptly and professionally
• Follow up with admission leads and maintain updated admission records
• Assist in designing and executing seasonal admission campaigns

Public Relations & Outreach:

• Work closely with the Parent/Public Connect Team for community engagement initiatives
• Represent the school in external education fairs, seminars, and awareness campaigns
• Contribute to social media and promotional content for digital platforms
• Build and maintain relationships with local institutions and the wider community

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Education/Marketing preferred)
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
• Confident event planner and public speaker
• Warm, approachable personality with strong interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with MS Office, Canva, and basic CRM/lead tracking tools is a plus
