Position: Event Executive

Role Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented professional to join our event management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing events, managing client requirements, and ensuring on-ground excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish.
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
• Manage vendor coordination, venue arrangements, and event logistics.
• Conduct site recces and ensure timely setup and dismantling.
• Handle budgets, timelines, and quality control.
• Support in creating event concepts and presentations.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline (Event Management background preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience for entry-level roles / 2+ years for senior roles.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during events.

Location: Pune, Baner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
