Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Event Executive to support our Events & Operations team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of social events such as weddings, birthdays, and private gatherings. The role requires coordination with vendors, guest and hospitality management, on-site logistics, and support in documentation and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for presentations, trackers, and reports, and must be travel-ready with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per event schedules. This position is best suited for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering successful events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of social events.
  • Work closely with vendors (caterers, decorators, photographers, entertainers, etc.).
  • Support guest management, hospitality, and on-site logistics.
  • Ensure proper venue setup including décor, sound, lighting, and seating arrangements.
  • Handle last-minute event requirements and support smooth problem resolution.
  • Maintain event checklists, track progress, and update seniors regularly.
  • Assist in documentation, billing, and post-event reporting.
  • Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients and guests.
