Event Executive

As an Event Executive at BotFit, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events with precision and creativity. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their event requirements, managing logistics, supervising on-ground staff, and ensuring seamless delivery of services to achieve client satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in the planning and execution of various events such as birthday parties, corporate events, and social functions. You will be expected to liaise with clients to provide innovative solutions, manage event logistics including venue setup, catering, entertainment, and technical requirements, oversee timelines, and address on-the-spot challenges efficiently. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. While prior experience of 0-1 years in event execution is advantageous, your strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication will be crucial for success. A creative mindset with attention to detail, flexibility to work on weekends and evenings, and willingness to travel between event locations and office are essential requirements.
