Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Webinar & Event Executive to plan, coordinate, and execute both online and offline events, including webinars, workshops, corporate events, and employee engagement activities. The role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and organize webinars, corporate events, conferences, and internal activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external speakers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Develop event timelines, checklists, and budgets.
• Manage end-to-end webinar execution including registration setup, promotions, hosting, and post-event reporting.
• Familiarity with platforms like Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, WebEx, or similar.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during live sessions to ensure a smooth participant experience.
• Drive participation through emails, social media, and internal communication tools.
• Ensure high engagement before, during, and after the event.
• Coordinate with vendors for venue booking, catering, branding, and other event requirements.
• Negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of event-related services.
• Collect and analyze feedback to measure event success.
• Prepare reports on participation, engagement, and ROI.
• Suggest improvements for future events.
