Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
Event Strategy & Planning: Develop detailed event plans aligned with marketing objectives, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Operations: Research and secure venues/vendors, negotiate contracts, manage event schedules, and oversee on-site execution.
Budget & Financial Management: Develop, manage, and track event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and providing financial reports.
Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate on event marketing strategies, manage registration, and utilize digital channels to promote events.
Vendor Management: Build relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
On-Site Management: Oversee all aspects of events on-site, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive attendee experience.
Performance Evaluation: Conduct post-event analysis, gather feedback, and report on event success against key performance indicators.
Lead generation: Strategically design and implement event activities to capture leads and support sales objectives.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
