Event Executive

As an Event Executive at Ashiana in Gurgaon, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and engagement through planning and executing kids" events and activities. Your responsibilities will include engagement and coordination, MIS reporting, and ensuring maximum participation in the Live n Learn program. You will be the point of contact for parents and kids, addressing queries and issues, while also explaining the benefits of the program to potential customers. You will be expected to work independently, demonstrating strong communication skills and a high willingness to learn. Taking a hands-on approach, you will lead by example and ensure the quality of the Live n Learn program is maintained by hiring the right resources. Your ability to delve into complex issues and provide structured solutions will be key to your success in this role.
