Job Description

We are hiring for our reputed Client in Bangalore:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Expert Committee Coordination & Event Management:

Facilitate and support the functioning of expert committees.
Plan and organize committee meetings, record minutes, and ensure follow-ups on key action points.
Organize industry events, workshops, and networking sessions in collaboration with expert committees.
Oversee event logistics, invitations, speaker coordination, and participant engagement.
Engage with industry experts and stakeholders to enhance committee effectiveness.

2. Sponsorship

Identify potential sponsorship opportunities for organizational initiatives and events.
Collaborate with industry leaders to secure long-term sponsorships.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and writing abilities.
Technical Skills Microsoft Tools, Canva.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A/ B.M.S).
1-3 years of experience in event management or a related field.
Strong understanding of event planning principles, sponsorship opportunities, and budgeting techniques.
