Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handling 250+ manpower, knowledge of Factory Law, Labour Law, and Government Licensing.

Human Resources

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
  • Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and statutory compliance
  • Implement HR policies, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Address employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Information Technology

  • Oversee IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and network systems
  • Coordinate with IT vendors for system maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Ensure data security, backups, and access control
  • Support ERP, HRMS, and other business applications

Administration

  • Manage office and facility operations, housekeeping, security, and maintenance
  • Handle vendor management, contracts, and negotiations
  • Control administrative budgets, assets, and inventory
  • Oversee travel, accommodation, and logistics arrangements
