Key Responsibilities:

Community Building & Networking

• Build and grow a strong community around our events.
• Actively engage with founders, creators, vendors, and attendees to foster long-term relationships.

Pre-Event Planning

• Finalize the Event, List it on various platforms.
• Build Partnerships & coordinate with collaborators 
• Create Marketing Strategy and implementation.
• Create detailed checklists, timelines, and logistic plans.
• Drive outreach, RSVPs, and communication campaigns.
• Manage digital promotions across social media & emails.

During the Event

• Oversee smooth on-ground execution.
• Manage registrations, guest experience, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with team members, vendors, and partners.
• Capture live content for reels, stories, and event documentation.

Post-Event

• Collect feedback, insights, and reports.
• Plan follow-ups and community engagement activities.
• Assist in creating wrap-up reels, stories, and content.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong communication & coordination skills.
• Highly organized and proactive – able to run events independently.
• Interest in event planning, branding, and community building.
• Comfortable with social media (especially reels & short-form content).
• Flexible to work on occasional weekends for events.
• Prior

  hands-on experience with Canva

  (mandatory)
• Interest in Photography is an added advantage.
