The Wize Wizardz is looking for a Full-Time Event Coordination Intern to take ownership of our flagship events and community-building initiatives. This is not just an execution role – you will be responsible for building a thriving community around our events from scratch and ensuring each one becomes bigger and better. Events You’ll Lead: The Thursday Thing – A networking platform connecting creators, founders, and professionals Instagram: @thethursdaything Buzzaria Bazaar – A curated pop-up event celebrating handmade fashion, jewelry, and lifestyle products Instagram: @buzzaria Open Mic - For Music Enthusiasts Location: Greater Kailash II, South Delhi Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (6 Days a Week (flexible as per event calendar) | No WFH | No Hybrid) Event Day - Till the end of the event, mostly 10.00 PM Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 per month (based on performance & responsibility) Start Date: Immediate Commitment : 1 Year Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Community Building & Networking Build and grow a strong community around our events. Actively engage with founders, creators, vendors, and attendees to foster long-term relationships. 🔹 Pre-Event Planning Finalize the Event, List it on various platforms. Build Partnerships & coordinate with collaborators Create Marketing Strategy and implementation. Create detailed checklists, timelines, and logistic plans. Drive outreach, RSVPs, and communication campaigns. Manage digital promotions across social media & emails. 🔹 During the Event Oversee smooth on-ground execution. Manage registrations, guest experience, and troubleshooting. Coordinate with team members, vendors, and partners. Capture live content for reels, stories, and event documentation. 🔹 Post-Event Collect feedback, insights, and reports. Plan follow-ups and community engagement activities. Assist in creating wrap-up reels, stories, and content. Ideal Candidate Profile: Strong communication & coordination skills. Highly organized and proactive – able to run events independently. Interest in event planning, branding, and community building. Comfortable with social media (especially reels & short-form content). Flexible to work on occasional weekends for events. Prior hands-on experience with Canva (mandatory) Interest in Photography is an added advantage.
