Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior M365 Administrator to lead client engagements involving Microsoft 365 administration, tenant migrations, and infrastructure management.This role requires building and managing project teams, providing strategic guidance to clients, and ensuring successful delivery of M365 implementation and migration projects for Fortune-100 clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead M365 administration client engagements with executive-level stakeholders, and developing SOPs and migration playbooks.
Administer core M365 services for client projects including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams etc. with site collections, permissions, workflows, and metadata management.
Execute migrations and email archival projects using Proofpoint, BitTitan, Quest, and ShareGate for large-scale migrations.
Automate operations and optimize performance by developing PowerShell scripts and Graph API automation, supporting Power Platform integration, and monitoring system health following ITIL processes.
Provide support and drive capacity augmentation by serving as escalation point for complex incidents, providing troubleshooting and training, and driving team scaling.
Deliver strategic consulting on M365 architecture and migration strategies while configuring SharePoint sites and workflows tailored to business unit needs.
Implement security, compliance, and identity management while ensuring compliance with retention policies, legal holds, and regulations.

Required Background

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field
6+ years of M365 administration experience
Certifications: Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102), ITIL Foundation (Azure certifications are a plus)
Proven experience with large-scale email migrations and archival
2-3 years managing teams with strong stakeholder management
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
