ETL Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic ETL Developer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing ETL processes, with a strong focus on SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). You will play a key role in the development and optimization of ETL workflows that extract, transform, and load data across various platforms and systems.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in SSIS and be eager to learn and grow in the field of data integration and transformation.

Key ResponsibilitiesETL Development

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL packages using SSIS to extract data from multiple sources (e.g., SQL Server, flat files, APIs) and load into target systems (e.g., data warehouses, databases).
• Implement data transformation logic to meet business requirements and ensure data quality.

Data Integration & Optimization

• Integrate and transform data from multiple sources and formats.
• Ensure high performance and scalability of SSIS packages.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing ETL processes to improve performance and data integrity.

Collaboration & Requirements Gathering

• Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and other team members to understand data requirements.
• Assist in gathering and clarifying business requirements to ensure ETL solutions meet organizational needs.

Testing & Validation

• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and debugging of SSIS packages.
• Perform data validation to ensure data accuracy and completeness during the ETL process.

Monitoring & Support

• Monitor the performance and execution of ETL jobs.
• Troubleshoot failures or performance issues in scheduled SSIS package execution and ensure successful completion.

Documentation & Reporting

• Document SSIS package designs, data flows, and error-handling procedures.
• Create and maintain reports to track the performance of ETL processes.

Experience Required

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ETL development, specifically with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Hands-on experience in developing, optimizing, and maintaining SSIS packages.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and ability to write efficient T-SQL queries.

Work Schedule

• Shift: Day Shift
• Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Week Offs: 2nd & 4th Saturday Off

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹404,630.48 - ₹600,000.00 per year
