ETL Developer

You are a highly experienced Senior Reporting & ETL Analyst responsible for designing, building, and optimizing data integration and reporting solutions. Your expertise in handling large datasets, performing complex ETL operations, developing interactive dashboards, and collaborating across teams to deliver insights is crucial for this role. It is essential to have experience in the healthcare or insurance domain. Your key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining robust ETL pipelines using Informatica, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and SSIS. You will also create interactive, visually rich dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to support business decision-making. Writing and optimizing advanced SQL queries to support complex data warehousing operations is another important aspect of your role. Collaboration with stakeholders from healthcare and insurance domains to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights is also a key responsibility. Participation in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contribution to sprint planning, and ensuring timely delivery of tasks are part of your routine. You are expected to have expert-level experience (10+ years) in Informatica, ADF, and SSIS for ETL tools. Similarly, expert-level experience (8+ years) in Power BI and Tableau for reporting tools is required. Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and supporting data warehouse design and maintenance is essential with expert-level proficiency (12+ years). Deep understanding of healthcare and/or insurance data systems and regulations (6+ years) is necessary. Proven experience (5+ years) participating in Agile development environments and sprint-based work is also required.,
