Job Description

Role & responsibilities For preparing Faade Estimates from Facade drawings. Preparing Commercial Offers as per the Drawings requirements of the client Preparing QS BOQ. Studying received tender documents along with drawings Preparation submission of the revised costing, if any, based on the clients comments. To check all the commercial offer terms are in line with the final submitted offer as per the discussions with the client. To coordinate with the design team to ensure all the material is in line with the estimated budget. To develop estimates for tender bids based on tender drawings, specifications, schedules and other tender documents. Costing sheet preparation using excel. To read understand and analyze the tender drawings and technical specifications. Should be able to develop cost analysis, Quantity take off, Equipment schedule, cost comparisons, technical analysis and detailed costing for a tender project. Should be able to follow time lines as per tender submission schedule. Read Architectural Drawings and prepare BOQ of Faade Glazing Works Preferred candidate profile B.E./B.Tech. Must be well experienced as an Estimator in Metal Fabrication Industry or similar work profile Considerable period of experience in Estimation and Costing. Good working knowledge of software like AutoCAD, PDF, MS office Candidates based in and near Thane / Navi Mumbai will be preferred
