Job Description

Role & responsibilities Responsible for execution of site work of Glazing / Facades Co-ordination with factory & issue of work orders Preparation / Submission and Certification of R.A. bills. Responsible for Planning/Monitoring/Completion of Project as per schedule. Periodic review of Cost Control measures. Follow Up with clients for timely release of payment & settlement of extra deviated items. Preferred candidate profile MBAs/NICMAR B.E./B.Tech (Civil / Mechanical) Strong multi-tasking skills Demonstrated use of advanced professional techniques, concepts, procedures and judgment on client assignments Interest in client advocacy and service excellence Orientation towards design excellence
