- This role is part of the Commercial Analytics Hub and is responsible for leveraging data analytics and data mining skills to generate actionable insights that drive global revenue growth, profitability improvement, and margin expansion.
- The position involves managing and mentoring a team of Analysts, ensuring quality delivery, reviewing outputs, and driving process improvements and change management initiatives. The role also requires strong stakeholder engagement, with a focus on understanding business requirements and translating them into an effective analytics pipeline.
Key Accountabilities/Essential Functions of the Job
Create Big data analytics(30%)
- Use Big data techniques to analyze the financial / Marketing / Product / Supply chain / Sourcing data
- Create data base management architecture to handle the big data and enable the other analytics
- Understand the business objectives, do the research, structure the ML/AI models and derive actionable insights which focus on areas like
- Target setting and Revenue and Volume forecasting
- Price optimization, Price/Cost forecasting
- Customer Segmentation
- Price leakage, elasticity and GBB matrix
Automation and optimization(20%)
- Automate the analytical models leveraging R/Python/SQL or other tools such as Power Automate / KNIME.
- Research on approach and test models to reduce the manual intervention
- Optimize the analytics to improve efficiency
Leadership(30%)
- Responsible for the task management for the projects.
- Lead up to 4 analysts for operational management. Guide and groom the analysts
- Multi-tasker who has ability to manage changing prioritization and multiple project requests
Stakeholder Management(20%)
- Responsible for addressing the Product Management & TMO Transformation Management office stakeholder business needs
- Work with the reporting manager and plan to build the pipeline of work
- Project Management and analytics development over time
