About the Role

Estimation Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the estimation process for façade projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Review and finalize cost estimates for materials, labor, and overheads.
• Collaborate with procurement, technical, and project teams to gather accurate data and pricing.
• Ensure 100% on-time submission of estimates for project bids.
• Support the Estimation Manager with reports and client presentations.
• Monitor project costs for budget adherence and cost control.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers within the team.

• Accuracy of Estimates:

  Maintain 90% accuracy with less than 4% variance.

• Timely Delivery:

  Ensure all bids are submitted on schedule and improve process efficiency.

• Collaboration:

  Drive 90%+ accuracy in data collection and high stakeholder satisfaction.

• Leadership:

  Build high-performing teams and mentor juniors for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 10 years of estimation experience in the façade industry (mandatory).

• Proven expertise in large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in estimation and project management software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
