Estimation Engineer

Responsibilites:

1. Cost Estimation & Analysis

   Prepare detailed cost estimates using drawings, BOQs, and market data. Conduct rate analysis and benchmark costs against market trends. Provide cost-to-complete forecasts to assure project completion within budget.

2. Budget Monitoring & Control

   Monitor budgets and expenditures regularly through ERP/SAP and financial models. Track and report variances between planned and actual costs. Support preparation and review of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

3. Process Adherence & Improvement

   Ensure compliance with company SOPs, audit checklists, and ERP activities.Identify gaps in processes and suggest or implement improvements and automation.Develop and maintain cost databases and standard templates.

4. Coordination & Communication

   Collaborate with EPC, site teams, and design departments for accurate data.Participate in internal reviews, meetings, and status reporting.Work closely with structural, MEP, and QS teams to finalize estimates.

5. Tools & Data Management

   Use estimation tools, Excel, ERP software, and SAP for analysis and reporting.Maintain and update market rate data, cost libraries, and quantity surveying records.

  Quantity Surveying Software, Excel, SAP, ERP systems, Advanced Excel Macros, Financial Models.

• Offline Tools:

  Drawings (GFC, Design), BOQs, Market Reports, Company SOPs, Audit Checklists, Meetings/Reports.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, macros) and ERP/SAP systems.
• Knowledge of cost estimation techniques, rate analysis, and budgeting.
• Understanding of construction drawings (GFC/Design) and quantity surveying.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
