*Position:* Estimation Engineer – MEP (Electrical Design & Estimation)

*Key Responsibilities:*

🔹 Review MEP designs, specifications, and technical documents to assess project scope.

🔹 Prepare *BOQs, cost breakdowns, and detailed **cost estimates* for MEP systems.

🔹 Conduct *quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and tendering* activities.

🔹 Coordinate with project managers, MEP engineers, and vendors for accurate estimations.

🔹 Support *value engineering* and risk analysis to optimize project costs.

🔹 Stay updated on *market trends and MEP technologies* for accurate forecasting.

*Requirements:*

✅ BE/B.Tech in *Electrical Engineering (preferred)* or *Mechanical Engineering*.

✅ *3–7 years* of relevant experience in *MEP estimation* (India or overseas).

✅ Excellent communication skills and proficiency in *English*.

✅ Strong knowledge of *Tendering, Cost Estimation, Rate Analysis, and Load Calculations*.

✅ Work mix: *60% Electrical | 40% Plumbing | 10% Mechanical*.
