Analyzing the Tender documents to achieve the maximum

knowledge of the scope of the project.

 Preparing the Pre bid queries to clarify the doubts for the

preparation of proposal.

 Attending the Pre bid meetings organized by the client for the

discussion of the scope, standard and regulation of the bid.

 Preparing the BOM from the BOQ to calculate the quantities of

the materials required from the BOQ and drawings for the

execution of the work and getting the local prices.

 Preparation of the Technical and Financial proposal including

the Method statement to describe the process of the execution.

 Preparation of the 30%, 60%, 90%, 100% and as built drawings

for the submission after the award of the projects.

 Reviewing project plans, specifications, and drawings to gain a

comprehensive understanding of project requirements.

 Develop detailed plans, elevations, sections, and details for

structural components of infrastructure projects with utmost

accuracy.

 Ensure that all drawings and plans adhere to local building

codes, regulations, and industry standards such as UFC, WBDC

etc.

 Prepare and update drawing sets for construction bids and

permits.

 Use software such as MSP, KSPAN, AutoCAD, Staad Pro

software, and other relevant tools to execute and work on the

project more effectively and efficiently.

 Preparation, approval and tracking the budget of the awarded

projects.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

1. BE / BTech in CIvil

2. Experienced in between

   3 to 7 years

   in same field

3. Excellent Communication

   skill with fluency in English
4. Should be aware with Modern estimation Techniques
5. Should be aware with Commercial / Industrial civil estimations
6. Passionate about estimation at domestic as well as in overseas markets
7. Good command on preparation of PPTs and deliver presentations whenever required
8. Understanding of current commercial trends and marketing strategies
9. Good project management skills
10. Excellent interpersonal skills
11. Salary as per the market standards to right candidate
