Experience: Minimum 10 years in site engineering / construction projects

Job Description

• Oversee construction site activities on a day‑to‑day basis
• Manage teams of workers, subcontractors, vendors
• Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, quality standards and safety norms
• Coordinate material procurement & logistics
• Monitor work progress, report status to management, handle delays/issues
• Maintain site documentation: daily logs, reports, records, measurements, bills of quantity (BOQ) etc.
• Ensure cost control & adherence to project schedules

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
• At least 10 years of hands‑on experience as Site Engineer on building / large scale construction projects
• Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, structural drawings, reinforcement works, formwork, concrete works, finishing etc.
• Good communication, leadership, coordination skills
• Able to manage multiple aspects of site operations including subcontractors & labour

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
