Job Description

Role Overview:

The Estate Field Executive will be responsible for managing telecom site-related estate activities, including documentation, landlord coordination, renewals, and compliance. The role requires field visits, stakeholder engagement, and timely resolution of estate-related issues to ensure uninterrupted site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to telecom tower sites for estate-related inspections and documentation.
Coordinate with landlords for agreement renewals, rent negotiations, and issue resolution.
Ensure timely execution of lease agreements and maintain proper records.
Support in resolving legal or compliance issues related to site ownership or tenancy.
Liaise with internal teams (legal, finance, deployment) for estate approvals and updates.
Maintain trackers and generate MIS reports for estate activities.
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
