Lead - VOLTE GSM and CS core | Senior Manager

Purpose of the Job :

CS Core & IMS Core Fault & configuration management engineer with hands on experience of end to end Operation & Maintenance of network services (CS/PS Core & IMS/VoLTE) including Incident, fault & configuration management.

Deliverables :

a) Incidents Management- Tracking network services stability, hands-on troubleshooting & resolution of issues.

b) Understanding business requirement and able to provide technical solution

c) Impact Analysis of any operational, business and project related activities

d) Configuration Management- Perform all the operational activities hands-on.

e) Performance Management & reporting- Manage/Track KPIs & make sure its reporting is proper.

f) End to End Roaming performance

g) IMS/VoLTE/ CS Core network architecture maintenance & asset management.

h) Leading Monthly vendor meetings for CS Core operations & projects management.

i) Maintain updated HLD & LLD designs of the CS Core/IMS network.

j) Interaction with all the stakeholders for business support & alignment (IT/RA/Marketing/SCM etc)

k) Engage with & manage multiple OpCos technical counterparts.

l) Create enthusiasm among the team members, peers/supervisors, committed to team success, meets end customer needs, provide high quality service and promotes company image.

Demonstrate :

• Sound end to end knowledge of mobile network technologies and services; specially CS Core & IMS network.
• Multi-vendor Hands on Experience in handling core operations- troubleshooting & configurations management.
• Expert level understanding of CS core/IMS KPIs & standards.
• Experience in CS/IMS network architecture maintenance & enhancements.
• Critical analysis and problem solving skills.
• Should understand all call flows with all Network nodes including IN.
• Knowledge of Roaming call flows and support in Troubleshooting and New launches
• Should have knowledge of all interface & protocols
• Willing to Travel and support remotely to OPCO any time of the day/night
• Daily Preventive checks and reporting
• Drive end to end closure of trouble tickets assigned from NOC
• Excellent Vendor Management Skills
• Self-driven, team player, good presentation & incident management skills and motivated.
